Family support group meeting

      for

                                             Families with CAH

Please come to a family support group meeting co-hosted by Dr. Maria New of the division of Pediatric Endocrinology and the CARES Foundation Inc. (Congenital Adrenal hyperplasia Research, Education and Support).

The meeting will be held in room A950 of Weill Medical College on Wednesday,  November 14, 2001 from 6:00 – 8:00pm with refreshments provided by the CARES Foundation from 6:00 – 7:00 and a chance to mingle and meet.  At 7:00 there will be a lecture series provided by Dr. Maria New and staff members with topics to include Prenatal diagnosis and Treatment of CAH, Growth hormone Treatment in CAH and Most Frequently Asked Questions.  There will be an opportunity to ask Dr. New questions following the lecture.

The entrance to Weill Medical College is on 68th Street between York Ave and the East River.  Room A-950 is on the ninth floor of the Medical College building.  It is easiest to find if you take the “K” elevators to the ninth floor and then a sign directs you to room A-950, which is next door to the elevator bank.  You can ask at the information desk for directions to the “K” elevators.

We hope you can attend.  A second meeting on Non-Classical CAH is currently planned for  February 27, 2002.

RSVP to Ann Carlson either by returning this form in the enclosed self addressed stamped envelope, by email to adcarlso@med.cornell.edu or by phone at 212-746-3495
