Kelly LeightDear Davida,
A good, but very long article on the web (I printed it out and it was 30+ pages long) is at Infertilitydoctor.com. It gives a very comprehensive analysis of the treatment and outcomes with late onset CAH for adult women. I had to read it twice to make sense of it, but I recommend reading the whole article. The part on LOCAH is at the section called Therapy, but the entire disorder and its problems are explained throughout.

It talks about all of the issues you bring up. Good Luck!
Also, if you live in the NYC area, you can come to hear Dr. New speak on Feb. 27th on non-classical (late onset) CAH at Cornell-NY Presbyterian Hospital. Email me if I can help you further.
