Can your pharmacy not make a suspension with the florinef so that you can dose your child with a smaller dose than 1/4 of a 0.1mg (100mcg?) tablet? It just occured to me that you could do that at least until you locate smaller doses. I take it he/she is swcah but very mild sw type? Seems odd as my boy has been on 100mcg (0.1mg) since birth and never needed that changed at all. I suppose that there could be different levels of impairment though and that an individual may not need that much. Regards Val
