Hi Danny,

My best to you and your family. I hope Ginni recuperates very quickly and you can put it behind you. Cold being injected into the body is extremely uncomfortable. I remember when I was 12 years old, I was in a childrens hospital for 7 weeks for 2 spinal fusion surgeries for scoliosis. Even though the surgeries were indeed painful, I still think the worst was when I received a blood transfusion. That extremely COLD blood being pumped in was more than I could handle. I was freezing cold and to this day get a little panicy almost when I get extremely cold. Its almost like you get cold from within rather than from the outside in. I have spoken with others whom have had blood transfusions and they all say the same thing. Very weird! Anyway, check into if the antibiotic can be brought to room temp or close to it. It may make it a little more comfortable for her. Best of Luck!

Valerie
