Our thoughts and prayers are with Ginny for her speedy recovery.  My 4 year old CAH daughter was getting terrible ear infections that would spread to the bone around her ear and they also called that osteomyelitis-she actually stayed in the hospital on iv antibiotics and had tubes put in her ears and fortunately we have not had anymore problems.  Best of Luck.
