Sorry Val, I don't know about all of that. I'd imagine you could get them (just as we hope to get the European Florinef). We can let you know how we get on with that process if you like.

Thanks for your advice and notes. We repeated Joe's BP yesterday (lower dose and no extra salt) and his BP had come down to 123/68. Still not ideal, but getting better. I'll check it again today. I don't really want it to come down too fast anyway...

You mentioned about worrying why it's gone up / shouldn't have to change Florinef dose etc, but I think we've never been on the right dose. It was only this year that his BP was measured since diagnosis I'm sorry to say, so I think he's probably been high all along.
