It's good that you found this message board.  You're right, there are alot of people who are very bright and have alot of answers here.  There are quite a few sights on the web including Cornell Medical Center, Johns Hopkins, CARES and others. I'm sure you've found those already in your research, but if you haven't, let me know and I'll get the site addresses for you.  They're all really informative.  Also, Kelly Leight is on this mb from CARES and she will have alot of knowledge for you too.  You're probably not going to get the number of responses you usually would from the board until Monday because everyone here in the US is on Holiday for "Thanksgiving".  Usually there's more people here to welcome you right away, but quite a few are travelling it looks like because the board's been quiet.  Hoping you're having a good weekend.
