5mg tablets (hct) here and we split them to quarters quite easily with a pill splitter. 1.25mg. Some brands are described at cortisone acetate and I think Shaun P said that that is different to just plain old HCT. I'd have to go back to the addisonians board and check this but a lot of the people where not doing to good on the HCT acetate variety. Personally I never knew there was a difference where the tablets were concerned until I visted that board. There are other ingredients added that complicate matters with some brands of HCT. Not just suspension from what I can gather either. i'll go check later and report back. Val
