Here are some of the references that you asked about:
 
1.  Height and weight chart.  Keep in mind that this is a copy of the one used in the US, put out by the NCHS.  "Percentile" refers to how you compare to everyone else.  For eg. if your height is in the 75th percentile, it would mean that you are taller than 75% of the test population.

3.  Characteristics of Corticosteroids .  Note that there is a big difference between plasma half life and cell half life for the different drugs.  When talking about how long medication stays in circulation,  I think we are talking about plasma half life.
