Do you know if Scott Rivkees treats has any SWCAH kids that are treated with the dexamethasone elixir. When Ashley was on it, as I posted below, because it had no mineralcorticoid properties, his renin levels were high after six weeks. I would like to know if he has children with SWCAH on dex, what dose he gives them generally instead of the usual 0.1mg (100mcg) dose for future reference and also how often that he runs the renin tests for his salt wasting CAH kids? Also can you tell me how I would make contact with Songya Pang to aske her questions about the renin tests and how often that she recommends they are done in salt wasters. Our problems with Ashley health care are now under investigation with the HDC here in NZ and I just wanted to have other International specialists input as to how often they feel the renin should be done to monitor these kids. I need to compare apples with apples if you know what I mean ;)
