Hi!  I just found out I am pregnant too!  I have a daughter with CAH as well.  I have just started on the Dex, I am just six weeks pregnant.  You need to start treatment early.  I am holding baby right now, making it difficult to type, but will respond again in a while.  Have you contacted Kelly Light from the cares foundation?  She should have good info for you too.  I was told I can get severe mood swings, acne, weight gain and disfiguring striae, but that is not always the case.  E-mail me if you would like.
