Hi Sandra,  By all means GO! My CAH son is now 3.  We have traveled a lot.  I have never let the CAH stop me or him.  I agree that you should learn how to give the shot as soon as possible, but that is for everyday circumstances.  When my son was diagnosed, and before they released him from the hospital they made sure I was able to give him  injections.  As a matter of fact I had to give him an injection every 3 days for the first 6 months.  Since then I have had 1 time that I had to give him a solu-cortef injection and that is when I was home.  So it is natural to feel over whelmed and concerned but please don't let it stop you from enjoying life.  I hope this helps.
