Adina, You were asking about the Prader scale earlier. This article just mentions it briefly, but does give a cite for where to find more information. (See footnote 6.) I don't know exactly what you are looking for, but if it is an in-depth description of the different stages 1-5, I have a feeling you'd probably need to consult an Endocrinology textbook. Most journal articles, like this one, will just allude to the relative severity of a given patient.
Also, I am pretty positive that this scaling is used internationally. Prader was an European.....I want to say Swedish, but I don't remember exactly. Besides the virilization scale, there is also another endocrine disorder called Prader-Willi syndrome, which, I assume, is also named after him. Sounds like he was quite a guy!
