Well it's interesting to see the x2 daily dosing was used, though there are three to four peaks of cortisol within circadian rythyms in a 24 hour period. So I do not know how a twice daily dosing would meet those especially in the early hours. In the original abstract they used dex with some kids I noted. I wish that they would write more in depth about some of these things. Would they have dosed the twice daily dose at 3am and 3pm?
