Oh, boys! Interested yes, but she not obsessed yet! Although I would say most of her friends and classmates have a boyfriend (if that is what you want to call it!) so in that respect, she is a late blossomer. Physically, she is not mature looking yet either nor has she had her period yet. Pediatrician says it is just because she doesn't have enough fat on her. She is very, very slim. ( But is a sugarholic! I tell her to enjoy it now--she might not always be like that!) Now, about the solu-cortef, yes you can put it into a cooler of some sort. If you read the box (or maybe the pamphlet inside) it will tell you the extremes of temp that it can tolerate. I actually just carry it in my pocketbook and literally take it everywhere with us. I struggled for a really long time to find something to carry it in and I finally came upon a black leather sunglass pouch that zips along the top and its the perfect size. This way, when needed, my husband can just grab it from my purse and take it (meaning it doesn't look like a purse or anything, God Forbid, we look efeminate!) and it has a little hookey-thing that he can put it on his belt and it actually looks like it is his cell phone instead of a medicine pouch. It really isn't big at all, yet it holds the solu-cortef, 2 syringes, alcohol wipes, band-aids, a laminated card I made up with his name, birthdate and pertinent info (doctor/ER stuff) and his medic alert card! Sounds like it would be humongous (sp?) but honestly its the size of a cellphone.Once you start looking, you'll find something that works for you. TC
