ValI suppose it is better to rant and get it out than leave it in...
I just wish I was given a choice I suppose when Ash was a wee baby like Jackson. At the time, the way they dosed then was the only way to dose and I would never of thought to ask questions. I feel that the Internet is quite good in a sense because it can bring you all information---especially when you can access these papers as they are published and also learn far more than you ever would have done with a little pamphlet!
I think it is good that you are doing this much is what I am saying here. Because evetually, you will settle with what is best for you after thinking through all the options that there are with dosing. Which believe me is somewhat better to the choices that I had available to me when Ash was the same age as Jackson. Given all this Internet thing (I would have killed for the advantage of it actually) I think it would have saved me no end of depression having the contacts and no end of answers to questions. It was rather like feeling your way around in the dark in stark contrast to now where suddenly the light has been switched on and I can see everything very clearly.
I hope that whatever you settle on for Jackson, it is what you feel is best for yourselves and him. I don't know about you but I feel much better to take control of things now. You have only been accessing the board for a month or so longer than I and I believe you are a smart cookie and you will work things out for Jackson with the help of everyone here.
You are still under another Endo for clinical assessments for Jackson are you? I know that you flew to New York to consult with Dr New but I was wondering if this is a three monthly thing or if that was just a one off?
If your uncomfortable with the twice daily doing it may be a good idea to do the 24 hour profiling as Dr Su suggests. It may give you a better idea of what is happening.
