We had an upper GI done today and it all looks normal.  I am really concerned about the mono.  I wonder how long ago it was and maybe if she is not really over it.  Tonight she ate such a tiny bit and at 7:30 wanted to take a bath and go to bed - not normal for my 13 yr old.  She was completely worn out.  Tomorrow I will talk to the dr again.  He mentioned going to an gastroenterologist but they told me today that they probably won't be able to see her until late next week.  Her pediatrician also said he may order a CAT scan - I think I will ask if   that could show anything with the spleen that the untrasound did not.  I just want an answer.
