It would be nice if the circadian rythyms and dosing was addressed. I can't see it being done in the near future but it would be nice. To me the studies and the abstracts and all the personal research I have done on growth hormone for us was enough. Well enough to make a chang in dosing thats for sure. I have lways followed to the book what a doctor says and that is evident with the twice dosing we had with as large a dose of 10mg in the PM for three years! I was just a parent doing as the doctors instructed me to. Since educating myself otherwise it has been enough for me to make that change without anyone elses say so, so to speak. Since they all will do as they think best and "the parent" is the one that sometimes knows better, I just followed on from there. Mainly it is a sense that finally one dosing regime makes complete common sense to me---after having gut instincts and seeing the detrimental things conventional dosing has done to Ashley. I can even state at this point that where mood is concerned, he is like a totally different boy altogether. More pleasant to be around---we just need to tailor the doses back some for him is all. I think in seeing the different dosing regimes and all these abstracts,it has made you aware of each dosing regimes affects and that I feel is good for you as parents. You know that if at anytime in the future you feel uncomfortable with any conventional dosing regime, that you can make the change and feel more comfortable about that knowing other's did the same. I'm glad that that has happened for you guys, and if anything as served to make you feel more in control in itself. It is good that you will wait for the first bone age. That will truly give you a good barometer as to what is appening for jackson. The second bone age 12 months after that even more so too. You will be able to see from one to the other whether he has advanced or whether he is still slipping back. In fact the most you guys will get before you can see the same pattern is two years old and then hopefully, as you will know that something is a miss with any conventional regime, you will have far more time ahead of you to effect something different for Jackson. I am really pleased about that much today :) Regards Val PS As for the laundry---tell me about it. I sometimes feel overwhelmed doing seven lots of people washing. It is like a laundromat in here sometimes! My washer is on twice a day actually---I am looking at getting a 7kg one so that I can cut this down and possibly just buying clothes where the colours do not run! That way I do not have to do two or three different loads on some days! I can shove em all in the same wash. My daughter has started to wash her own as she cannot stand the boys stuff being in with hers(rolls eyes heavenwards!), so that is another bane in my life at the moment. So I made a deal whereby if she fills the washer only half way with just hers, she must put some of mine in there too save on energy etc. I must admit the boys stuff is somewhat more dirty than her stuff and I tend to wash mine separately---lol---so now she is getting wise I have to sympathise!
