She is in hydrocortone and florinef.  We have an appointment with a pediatric gastroenterologist today at 12:20.  We have been trying to leave some time between the Zantac (which the pediatrician wanted her to take to see if it would help at all) and the CAH meds.  Right now we think she may have a problem with acid reflux.  That mayexplain the pain and reluctance to eat.  Maybe the tiredness comes from not eating/no nutrition.  Today I will ask the gastro dr. about foods she can eat, supplements, etc.   (I still wonder about the mono test because she is tired).  We definitely have some big issued to deal with - her need for the CAH meds, possibly others meds for the reflux if that is the problem, the fact that her bone density is low (and I hope we will get some direction from the endo later this month on how to address that problem).  On top of all this she is 13, off of Lupron now and into puberty (we are wiating for her first mentrual cycle).  There just seems to be a lot going on with Miss Kristin, but I am determined to keep after all the doctors to do what we can to "fix" all the problems.  Val, I appreciate your posts and advice.  If I don't answer each time it is because between what is going on with Kristin right now and my job (which I am about to lose in the next few months) and Christmas, etc. sometimes I am just too stressed and worn out by the end of the day.
