I have posted so much here, but then it did concern me when I read Sandra's post. Especially since jackson is sick too, because if he really is a salt waster, then it will not be really good on his electrolytes and he could infact become severely dehydrated. To a certain degree the double HCT would help, but I was concerned about everything else getting to very low levels because he could not retain sodium and stuff in an healthy state nevermind one where infection is evident, i.e. ear infection. Ashley went into crisis with just an ear infection and had two days in hospital when he was three years old. Thats why I said get on the phone and dont get off until you get to speak to the doctor or get an answer.
