Since I only have the weekends to surf the net and catch up here, I feel like I have not gotten the full census on the large am versus pm dosing schedule.  I'd like to know in a simple poll ifs your largest is AM or PM or the 3AM version.  That is "your" meaning, the person with CAH.  This whole discussion about the large dose possibbly being the cause of my son's height has really gotten me thinking.  I mean, on paper, he is under control.  Good blood levels, consistent growth, but at the 10% percentile.  His bone ages have always been good, too.  Could this large dose at night be "consistently" suppressing his growth hormone so that it just LOOKS like he is growing well.  If he were on a 7am large dose (or even the 3am), might he be in the 25 or higher?

Also,there are different "known" ped-endos that treat CAH.  who are the ones that advocate the PM and who are the ones that advocate the AM.  Just wondering, so that if following this poll I want to bring it up with our endo, I can have a "name" to refer to.
