could use your expert advice on relocation

My husband and I and our 2 CAH daughters will be relocating within the year.  We have a decision to make as to where.  We have always had the benefit of living in cities that have great hospitals and can treat Abby and Ellie's CAH.  One of our choices is Findlay (OH), a medium size town with a mediocre to bad hospital system (at least this is what we hear.).  Of course the realtors tell me it is a wonderful hospital system.  We would be 45 minutes to an hour away from the hospital where they currently go in emergencies.  What is the best way to find out the truth about the medical and hospital system?  For those of you who live towns that are not in close proximity to a good hospital, how do you handle this?  Our other choice is a large city, Columbus (OH), where we previosly lived and have had excellent experience with the medical care.  I would appreciate any advice or words of wisdom that anyone could share with us.  Thank you!
