Most daycare centers and home day care providers will have emergency forms for you to fill out and procedures. They are more reliable than home day care providers. I have used both but I prefer a home daycare provider for a child under the age of two or three.

I had a four month and three year old with CAH (salt wasting) and use a home day care provider now. But my three year did go to daycare center for a almost a year before the baby was born.
