Dear Bonnie,

I just emailed you the intro page from a clinical trial that Dr. Deborah Merke is doing at NIH. Its purpose is to optimize height in CAH kids. Her results have been pretty good as I understand. She works with your local endo but dictates the meds and reviews the blood work and x-rays. I know several parents of CAH kids who are enrolled and they are very pleased with the results.You might want to look into it. The citation is
