I'm sure you're worried because of the comparison with the liquid cortef.  Apparently, one of the problems with making any sort of liquid HC is that hydrocortisone is not easily dissolvable in liquids.  That is why it needs a "suspension" agent or emulsifier.  The same is not true with dexamethasone, which has different chemical properties, and is water-soluable.  So, luckily, this is not an issue for us.  One less thing to worry about!
