My ten year old is blazing hot all the time.  Very sweaty also.  My nonCAH son does not seem to have the same inner thermometer.  In terms of developmental delays, we've had quite the opposite happen.  She was early in all her milestones and continues to be a very bright girl and above average student, particularly in math.
