Sorry, I answered one question and not the other Kaye.

Contrary to what we expected, Ashley's school report this year was much better!  The school broke up in the middle of last week  for the summer holidays and I was half dreading seeing his report.  Basically because of his behaviour in the middle of the year and I really did not expect he would NOT have such noted as it was quite bad when he was under suppressed and his school work really suffered.  However, it seems to me like they must have based his report around the beginning and the tail end which I thought was rather considerate.  In the middle of the year however when he was grossly under suppressed, he was very much not good with concentration and lacking the ability to complete work or stay on task.  Often he would say he could not do things and he would become quite frustrated.  In comparison to the end of last year when he was doing very well as noted in his year 2000 school report.   This year, they gave him mainly B's and a couple of A's.  They also noted that he can do most things very well or satisfacorily and they are especially taken with his artistic talents!   We are happy with his progress basically.  His school work is picking up and he seems a much more pleasant boy  to be around.   I cannot say that he has ever been behind or had any problems until as I say the middle of this year in particular though.  In fact he is much further ahead than his older sister in some respects and especially where mathematics and spelling are concerned.  He is also a very neat writer for his age, considering that he is a boy!
