Hi there yes we have been using this method for about 2 years here in Australia.. My Doctor sends them away to be tested to the Mater Hospital in Brisbane Queensland. We do these tests every three months and thaey are very effective.. We take the test over a period of a day, morning, lunch, afternoon and night...Anyhow hope this helps a bit....
