Thanks for responding.  Does the lab report give reference values for your child's age at each of the time periods?  17-OHP should naturally vary a lot over the day, and my endo is not familiar with the expected values of the tests over the course of the day.  She believes that reference data for different ages is not yet available.

I am interested in using this test to determine if the dosing schedule we use is effective, and pinpoint the areas of androgen breakthrough.  Does your endo adjust your doses based on these results?  Tell me more, tell me more!
