dex and bone growth of the fetus

Hi everyone,

I'm now 36 weeks pregnant and the fetus have been DNA tested and has CAH . I've been on the dex since 14 weeks of pregnancy. My curiosity is whether taking the dex can have any kind of affect of the growth of the baby's bones. For past four routine check ups the ultrasound measured the baby's legs (femur) to be two weeks short of my actual term. Today, again the doctor mentioned her leg measured 34 weeks, but not not to be too concerned that the machine has tendency to measure always short. Anyway, I asked whether the dex may play some part in it and he says no. I'm residing in Seoul, Korea now so the doctors here aren't too experienced with CAH anyway. I was wondering if any of you had similar thing and if it should be tied to the dex or CAH. Just for note, my husband is like 6"2" and I'm 5"5" and our first daughter (NSW CAH) is also pretty tall for her age. Am I being too sensitive? What is the significance of two weeks short of the norm anyway??? Hmmmmmmm.......... thanks for hearing me out : )
