Jill-I'm impressed and humbled!  That you open up for the NBS cause is wonderful!   It's hard to think back to those "first diagnosis" days, now that my daughter is 5!  There should be guidelines for all states, but I will keep praying for success in Ohio!  Now I do plan to write some of my own letters for the benefit of all states.  Happy New Year!  Pamela
