If your hubby is not a carrier then all your children will not have Locah at all. 

Welcome to the board.  There is another board---just put LOCAH into the search field and it will bring up a site.  Click on the site at the top of the list.  There are other message boards to be found off that site also.  You can learn a great deal from all of the sites. (Google is a good search engine for searching for the above one).
