We just got my daughter's latest blood results back. Two months ago she was oversuppressed and now it looks as if she's undersuppressed. Her 17 ohp is 1195, her renin is 1304, her androstinedione is 18, and her testosterone is <3. Her endo gives most weight to 17 ohp. I've heard of others on this board who's endos give most weight to androstinedione. Her testosterone and androstinedione seem fine. I'm so confused with all this. Why can't Ujohn make a smaller mg pill????!!! Frustrates me so much. I wrote them and all they did was send back a web address for a site on how to make a liquid formula. Her endo wants her to go back on the same dose that she was way oversuppressed on for 8 months. Maybe she has grown? I said there has to be another solution. Before my daughter was extremely moody, dropping to her knees and screaming in frustration for every little thing. The episodes didn't last very long but she does not do that now. She seems her normal very happy and positive self. The nurse who called us said there may be a pharmacist in Reno who grinds up the pills and weighs the exact dose and puts them in capsules. Well why haven't we been doing this before now? She mentioned liquid and I'll mention liquid Dex at our appointment with the endo on Monday Jan. 7. Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!Julia S
