My CAH salt wasting son was for the first time admitted into to the ER on New Year's Eve with a horrible virus that caused vomitting, high fever and diarehia - unblievabley scarey as hell.  We have been in the hospital since then and are doing pretty well.  Although, he is still very, very wiped out - he is not even off the IV yet.  I can't go into great detail, since I am on the way back to switch with my husband.  But, I wanted to say thanks for all the info that I have been learning over the past two years on the board, it made a huge difference in getting the right and quick treatment for my son.  Hopefully, I can share what I learned when my son is released.
