I do not think that there is a 1mg pill anywhere Julia.  I looked online everywhere some time ago before I wrote to the manufacturers.  Hard to believe really  huh!   I think at this rate New Zealand may be the first to actually make one since I wrote to Douglas Pharmaceuticals here, and when I hear from them I will certainly put the info here for everyone.  Meantime, I really suggest that parents copy my letter form the manufacturer here and send it on to upjohn there.  Like I said once they see that, they may be able to contact Douglas Pharmaceuticals here and find out why they think it is a clinical need in this country enough to go to lengths of making one!
