Thanks Wendy-Lee.(:>) Sorry I didn't post earlier, but I've been selected for jury duty and it is proving to be a gruesome (triple manslaughter) and lengthy case. I sure hug my kids and husband when I come home. That's about all I can do since I can't discuss the case. Reina and I are heavily ensconced in our own individual cases against Upjohn. I go to sign some final papers on Monday. I did post a while back looking for people who were interested in joining us, but at that time my attorney said that not enough people had contacted him to warrant a class action suit. Looking into it further, he has changed his opinion and wants to re-look at the issues. Please email me ASAP and I will get you in touch with him. Perhaps if we all stand up together no one will ever again get away with ignoring the panicked cries of parents whose children were not getting the life sustaining meds they needed for their very existence. Upjohn's own research team found that 8 out of 9 children weren't getting the intended dose. A new suspension agent had been the cause of the meds crystalizing on the inside of the bottle thereby capturing the active ingredients (Cortef)in it. There was a varying degree of harm caused including DEATH. Please stand up for your child now before it is too late. It's well worth the price of a toll call. If you just want to discuss it first you can email me and we can exchange phone numbers. Looking forward to it - Lynn(:>)LynnT
