You move way too quickly for me!  Last time I heard, I thought Ashley was on a completely different dosing schedule based on what you had read of the Charmandari article, and also looking at the cortisol graph.  Based on last email, are you thinking of changing again?  I can't keep up with you!

S.  Feel free to borrow my name, if you want!  Since it wasn't the name I was born with, anyway, I don't feel particularly possessive about it.  Actually, my father named us all for movie stars, when we moved to the States.  I was named for a little known '50's blonde bombshell actress named Carroll Baker....how hilarious is that??? LOL!!!
