If you’ll email me with the details of her current dosing, I’ll be happy to show you what different dosing schedules look like superimposed onto the cortisol circadian rhythm chart.  There isn’t one right answer, since there are constraints with the 1.25mg Cortef increments and constraints on dose timing.
