Wait a minute - very good question Val!! I too wonder about this 4am-4pm dosing times. If it does indeed "peak" at 4:00 am, wouldn't the proper time to dose be at around 2ish? I am not talking about what compliancy etc., I am talking that in a "perfect" world, wouldn't 2:00am be the "proper" time? I have so much going on in my little 'ol brain right now that I am dizzy with confusion!! Once again, there is so much conflicting info and I just can't figure out what to do. Is anyone as confused as me?????
