I know that you need to shake the contents of a bottle ---I do that all the time with all meds.  But to be honest I would not think to shake a bottle of meds beyond a few seconds---nevermind 7 mins Lynn.  If I was instructed to do this on any flyer---I would have taken the bottle straight back to the pharmacy and specifically told them to stick it where sun does not shine.  I KNOW that I would have asked for something else where scipts are concerned with the doctor.  Sometimes, it does not pay to wait for manufacturers to own up to things OR doctors.  At the moment I know I am right about the poor testing here---but I am not sticking around until the HDC help out.  Could be 6 months.  In the meantime I have a son that needs care and attention---expert.  So we are "moving" the care.  In essence, I guess it all depends on how much you individually will put up with "something" before something consturctive is done about it.  Children here and in the UK were pulled off that stuff immediately fromn what I was learning.  They would never of had them shaking bottles 1, 2 7 or 20 mins.

So exactly how many parents (I think you mentioned that not many had come forward in the top post--about 2.  Youself and another) are suing this company because of the medicine not working and exactly how long did you use it for after you discovered it was "possibly" not working?  I mean I have no intention to offend anyone, but I certainly like I said would have took ANY bottle back if it had got to the "Shake it 7 minutes" stage.  That is down right ludicrous.  If the manufacturers had instructed that---isn't it like in effect stating---this product is NOT stable.  You have to shake it THIS much before it may even be mixed correctly as it should be!  I mean, was that not warning enough?  Why at this stage did doctors leave ANY child on the stuff?  Any delay after those instructions was entrely down to doctors lack of care in that respect surely?
