and the question that I forgot to ask is, when we talk about blame, we need to look at how many doctors scripted the stuff AFTER the above messgae was being put around.  As a Doctor, and knowing the seriousness of CAH if not dosed properly, I feel I would personally not have scripted the stuff and moved to the only other alternative---tablets.  Irregardless as to whether the manufacturer was prepared to withdraw the product or not.  Childrens blood results and clinical assessments should have been enough thereafter to help a doctor form an opinion.
