You must have missed the posts where I stated that many people "including pharmacists, scientist and ENDOs" contacted them to inform them of this problem, as well as "the docs ARE being held reponsible for their actions". If that is the case, I can see how you could misunderstand. As far as the number of people involved in this action, there are two different kinds of cases ongoing. One is on an individual basis (of which there are many) and a class action suit which was slow to warm up but now has picked up some steam - according to my email. This is rather a classified and sensitive subject and as such, shouldn't be discussed any further in this forum. Thank you for your input though.(:>)
