I mean if hct peaks at 7am, and I dose the other at 2am and it meets that one, theoretically I should be dosing really at 1pm or thereabouts if I truly want to switch things off which is the goal of treatment--excpet they are failing to do this at present with conventional dose at 10pm. Also, even if I do switch the dose back to 2am, at that time it is excreted slowly and on the chart laura did it seemed to give good coverage right up to 7am. However it dipped below that red line after that on the actual chart and remained below until way into mid morning---leaving Ash very under suppressed. I think timing is the goal---that is what the abstract was about anyway. The timing being right as opposed to not being right with the conventional dosing. If you get the timing right, it means cutting the doses down from what they would be on conventional dosing---LOL! Here I am arguing with you now....soooo funny! Your worst nightmare or what!Val
