As far as I know the hydrocortisone comes in powder form. I don't think they are crushing the for example 5 mg pills and weighing it out. But if you want me to I will ask the pharmasist about it next time.

The label on the 1mg pills says: 1mg hydrocortison micr. & 26.1 g cellulos microcryst ph 102, this is a neutral powder they mix with the hydrocortison to prevent/minimize spilling.

Again, the different kind of pills made by the pharmasist is very common here in the Netherlands and all with good results.
