I'd love to get some campaign going. Where do we start is a great question. Ideally we would need the time release dose for night only, but it would have to be in many different doses to cover all children (as most adults switch to longer lasting dex or pred.) What are largest doses being given for your children? What increments? I only know what my daughter takes. On second thought, smaller doses would be better because those that need larger doses can just take 2 pills of 2mg for a total of 4mg, for example. Interesting. Let's take a poll.
