We are getting to travel to New York from Michigan in a couple of weeks to see Dr. New.  This will be our first visit to see Dr. New as well as our first visit to New York.  Does anyone have any advice on where to stay.  It is a 10 hour drive so we will have to get there the day before.  Thanks for any input.
