My suggestion is that you have some type of letter from the endo that has the indications of the medical condition.  Just as with a diabetic.  They would need to carry syringes with them.  I cannot imagine that they would not allow people who truly need medication to have it.  I do have a generic letter that I could email you if you wish.  The letter is one that my son's endo gave me, I have changed it a little to allow others to fill in the blanks.
