and what I meant to say is florinef only come in one dose for ALL.  So get the florinef in pill form and dose it by dissolving as above.  It may need to be tepid water as opposed to cool water and swish it in one of those little medicine measuring vials and give it directly in the  mouth.  To be exactly sure that the baby has had all the dose and no residue was left in the vial, swish a little more tepid water around and give that after the other amount to rinse the particles in the vial.  if your baby is not on 100mcg of florinef yet per day then the tabs can be split with a pill cutter into 25mcg (quarter), 50mcg(half).

What dose of florinef does your baby take?  Some people dose it two to three times per day.  Either half a tab 12 hourly or I dose three times:

50mcg- 7am

25mcg-3.15pm

25mcg-2am

=100mcg Per day.

When we moved to tablets, I would put them all in a vial as described above and dissolve them all together and give them like that.  Problem is with the cortisol as it is not coming in small enough doses but the kids generally stay on the same dose of florinef long term.  the dose never changes.  Ash has always had 100mcg daily since 12 days old.
