If you move to PA (Pennsylvania) you might be close enough to drive to the National Institute of Health once or twice a year or take the train to New Year City to see Dr. Maria New (one or twice a year). I live in the Washington DC area and I have drove to PA before and it is not a bad drive. The nice thing about PA is the change of season - you get to see all four seasons. Florida would nice and warm.
