I put the pills in a little bit of apple juice w/ one of the med dispensers with a nipple, the florineff dissolves quickly and the cortef can take a couple of minutes. I did that until my kids were 6-9 months and then started giving them the pills straight, they both still chew both pills without a blink, no water or anything, it sounds strange but they both like the pills, my 5 year old said the cortef taste kind of bad but the pink "florinef" tastes OK. My advice start earyly with the pills so they never know any difference. Good luck.
